We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The Paul was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, effective, and professional pest control. He also took time to kept me up to date with information throughout the whole process. He was always just at the end of phone to talk to me about my worries throughout it all.

Helped with issues at my place of business and my home. Absolutely brilliant, Paul really knows what he is doing- professional, experienced, honest and has a real passion for his work. Absolute amazing service! Called and within an hour and a half Paul was at the door. Came back the next day (due to the weather) and dealt with my wasp problem. Both Paul's (Father & Son) were so friendly, professional and helpful. From Paul (Father) answering the phone to Paul (Son) coming and dealing with the wasps, it was such an easy process. Highly recommend to everyone!

Called Paul with an ant issue within our utility room. He gave some solid free advice then called again to ask him to come out. He came over the next morning to treat the issue internally and externally. Within a few days it had worked and gave some advice for the future on how to prevent any further issues. Then a follow up appointment a week later to double check everything. Overall, a tremendous service with alot knowledge and expertise. Cannot fault them. Thanks again!

Highly recommend Essential Pest Services. I contacted this company to deal with noises in my loft. I was very impressed by the service they provided. Called Essential Pest Services for advice regarding a potential wasp nest removal. After asking a number of probing questions, Paul explained that in his opinion it could actually be masonry bees rather than a wasp nest. As someone who knows absolutely nothing about this kind of thing, I really appreciated him taking the time to explain that masonry bees don’t sting, don’t form nests in the same way, and that the issue may naturally go away when the weather cools down. He could easily have booked a call-out and charged for unnecessary work, but instead chose honesty and integrity — something that is increasingly rare and hugely valued. Running a business can’t be easy, but this experience alone speaks volumes about the kind of company this is. Even though no work was carried out, I felt this level of service deserved a 5-star review. Hopefully I won’t need pest control services in the future, but if I do, Essential Pest Services will absolutely be my first call.
